Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 11, 2026

1. Who we are

NaviPoint Technologies LLC ("NaviPoint", "we", "us") is a software company and a subsidiary of Vertis Group Inc, a Delaware corporation. We build data integration and business intelligence software, including the NaviPoint Bridge platform and the OptiqOS product family. This policy covers this website (navipoint-technologies.com) and the data handling practices of our platform services.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us or request a report through a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, email address, company, and message.

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand site usage (pages visited, referral source, approximate location, device type). Analytics cookies load only where consent requirements allow.

Connected platform data. When a client authorizes our platform to access a third-party service on their behalf (for example QuickBooks Online, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, or Meta), we receive the data that service makes available under the permissions the client granted. We access only what is needed to provide the contracted service.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, generate the analyses and reports our clients engage us for, publish content our clients have approved to their own accounts, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not use client platform data for advertising, profiling unrelated to the engagement, or training generalized models.

4. Third-party platform integrations

Our platform connects to third-party services exclusively through their official APIs and OAuth authorization flows. For each connection:

  • Access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest in our Azure-hosted infrastructure and are never exposed in logs or to other clients.
  • Data retrieved from a platform is stored and processed for the authorizing organization only.
  • Authorization can be revoked at any time from the third-party platform or by asking us; on revocation we stop all access and delete stored tokens.
  • Use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Use of data from LinkedIn, Meta, Intuit, and other platforms adheres to those platforms' developer policies.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that host our infrastructure (Microsoft Azure, Cloudflare), with affiliated Vertis Group entities where needed to deliver an engagement, and where required by law. Service providers are bound to use the information only to provide services to us.

6. Retention

Contact form submissions are retained while we have an active relationship or legitimate business need. Connected platform data is retained for the duration of the client engagement and deleted or returned on request at termination. OAuth tokens are deleted on revocation or disconnection.

7. Security

Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States. Secrets and credentials are managed in Azure Key Vault. Access is limited to personnel who need it to operate the service. Transport is encrypted (TLS); tokens and sensitive fields are encrypted at rest.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date.
